I arrived a little late (during their lunch hour) however German did not hesitate to help me. He showed me the rack he had and I fell in love with the gold one. I was given all the help there to load it and was shown how to load my UTV. Once home I loaded my 2021 Can Am Maverick X3 DS turbo max, I was very happy. The racks get lots of attention and makes it easy to tow other things, like my 33' RV trailer. I was very happy not only with the rack but the great customer service I received.
