Drive off with a trailer.
Financing a Tow Smart trailer takes one thing: the free Affirm app. Check your spending power, get a virtual card, and order direct with our shop — usually all in under 10 minutes.
Checking takes about 60 seconds and won't affect your credit score.
See your monthly payment
Enter your full total — trailer + tax + shipping. A rough estimate is fine; round up, you're only charged what we actually bill.
💡 Quick estimate: add about 10% for sales tax, plus $300–$500 for freight if we're shipping to you. Not sure? Call us for your exact total first — or just round up.
*Estimates at example rates, excluding taxes & shipping. Your actual rate (0–36% APR) and plans are shown in the Affirm app before you commit, based on eligibility. Not all terms available for all amounts.
From app download to trailer ordered — five steps
Every financed order works the same way, whether it's a stock Alpha Sport or a custom build with freight. Set up the app first and you'll have your payment ready when we quote you.
Create your account & check your limit
Sign up with your phone number and a few basic details, then tap to see how much you can spend. It's a soft check — no impact on your credit score.
Request your FULL total — trailer + tax + shipping
Don't request just the sticker price. Add ~10% for sales tax and $300–$500 for freight if we're shipping to you — a rough estimate is fine. Always round up: you're only ever charged what we actually bill, and requesting too little means a second application. Affirm then shows the monthly plans you qualify for.
Get your Affirm virtual card
Affirm issues a one-time virtual card number right in the app. It works exactly like a regular credit card — number, expiration, CVV.
Call us and place your order
Give us your build and read us the card — or use it to pay the invoice we email you. Done. Your trailer goes into the build queue that day.
"I'd like to order the [trailer model] and I'm paying with an Affirm virtual card." That's it — we take the number like any card payment and get your build scheduled.
Why our customers order direct
You're buying from the shop that welds it — not a reseller. Ordering direct gets you more than a checkout button ever will.
Talk to the builders
Custom options, tongue lengths, tie-down layouts — answered by the people fabricating your trailer, not a call center.
Exact freight quote
Nationwide shipping priced for your zip code before you commit — no surprise freight charges after checkout.
One total, one payment
Trailer, accessories, and shipping on a single invoice — financed together in one monthly plan instead of separate charges.
Why riders finance instead of waiting

Good questions
The things we actually get asked about financing.
Will checking my options hurt my credit score?
Why do I need the app instead of just checking out online?
What can I finance?
How fast is approval?
Can I pay it off early?
Does financing change my order at all?
How much should I request — and what if it's more than my final total?

The payment plan takes ten minutes.
Payment options through Affirm are subject to an eligibility check and may not be available in all states. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. Estimated payment amounts shown on this page are examples only and exclude taxes and shipping; your actual terms are shown in the Affirm app before you confirm anything. Rates range from 0–36% APR based on credit. For example, a $2,699 purchase might cost $122.05/mo over 24 months at 8% APR. Payment options are provided by Affirm's lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Tow Smart Trailers is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.
