Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted only before shipment information has been transmitted to our freight carrier on the scheduled ship date. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@towsmarttrailers.com. Once shipment information has been submitted to the carrier, the order is considered tendered and cancellations will not be accepted without incurring applicable shipping and return charges.

Return Policy for Trailers

We accept returns on new trailers within 7 days from the date of purchase or the date received (if shipped). Returned trailers must be untitled, unused, and in new, sellable condition. You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping (shipping fees are non-refundable). All returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

After 7 days, all sales are final.

Non-Refundable Items

UTV Decks and UTV SXS Truck Racks are not eligible for returns or refunds.

All sales are final. No refunds, no returns, and no chargebacks are allowed. By completing your purchase, you agree to pay your financial institution as agreed.

You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not shipped. To cancel, email support@towsmarttrailers.com.

Warranty

All trailers and UTV racks include a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty.

What’s Covered:

  • Structural welds
  • Hardware
  • Ramps
  • Frame construction
  • Wiring and lighting
  • Fittings
  • Shipping damage (if reported upon delivery)

What’s Not Covered:

  • Tires
  • Wheels
  • Wheel straps and hooks
  • Bearings and hubs
  • Tow dolly ramps and fenders
  • Damage due to operator error, accidents, road hazards, or misuse
  • Labor or shipping costs for warranty claims

Warranty Claim Process:

All warranty claims must be submitted via email to SUPPORT@TOWSMARTTRAILERS.COM. Phone requests will not be accepted.

The email must include:

  • A written statement of the issue
  • Four close-up photos of the damaged part
  • One full photo of the complete trailer or rack
The warranty team will review your request and respond by email.
