From folded storage to road-ready in minutes
Every component deploys and stows in a sequence a single person can handle comfortably:
- Slide the tongue into the tow position and lock it with the included clevis pin.
- Connect the quick-connect wiring harness so your lights are ready.
- Raise the integrated stabilizer jacks with a drill or speed wrench.
- Unfold the side rails, then open the front and rear deck sections — each pins into place.
- Install the center support, attach the rear deck, hitch up, and load.
Folding back down reverses the same simple sequence — no guesswork, no fighting the frame.

Can one person really set it up?
Yes — the entire deploy-and-fold sequence is engineered for a single person, with stabilizer jacks, clevis-pin lock points, and a logical order of operations. No power tools beyond a drill or speed wrench for the jacks.
Where do the ramps go when not in use?
The adjustable aluminum ramps store directly on the trailer, so they travel with you and never get left behind.
What do I need to tow it?
A Class 2 hitch with a 2" ball and a standard 4-pin flat plug. It connects to most trucks, SUVs, and daily drivers without a special tow package. Coupled hitch-ball height is 15.5".
How much can it carry?
The trailer weighs 525 lb empty with a 1,700 lb gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR).
How small does it really get?
Folded, it's 48½" long, 78½" wide, and 27.5" tall — 99" long and 29" tall with the tongue stored on top. Far smaller than a comparable fixed utility trailer.
