Our 2-Year Extended Warranty offers coverage for key structural components of your trailer. It’s designed to protect you from unexpected manufacturer defects and hardware failures, giving you peace of mind when you need it most.

✔ Covered Under Warranty:

• Main trailer frame (cracks, breaks, or weld failures not caused by misuse)

• Coupler & tongue assembly

• Wheel rails and chocks

• Trailer decking (aluminum plate or expanded steel)

• Fenders

• Rear hinges and load ramp connection points

• Lights and wiring harness (factory-installed)

• Original casters (covers bearing failure only)

• OEM hardware, plastic caps, and stickers

Note: Axles, hubs, bearings,Seals , are not covered 

🚫 What’s Not Covered

This warranty is not intended to cover wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. The following are examples of what’s not covered:

• Any damage prior to purchasing this warranty

• Cosmetic wear: paint scratches, dents, rust, or rim discoloration

• Normal wear items: tires, wheel bearings, seals, bushings, lights (if not factory-installed)

• Damage from road debris, towing mishaps, or improper loading/unloading

• Accidents, collisions, or weather-related incidents

• Aftermarket parts or modifications not sold by Tow Smart Trailers

• Improper securing of loads (tie-downs, wheel locks, etc.)

• Loss, theft, or misplaced trailer components

• Damage to vehicles being towed or towing the trailer

• Personal injury or property damage related to use or failure of the trailer

• Shipping or transportation costs for parts or repairs

🔧 How Repairs Work

Repairs must be approved by Tow Smart Trailers in advance. If you are not near our facility, we may authorize a trusted local repair shop to complete the work. A written estimate is required before we proceed.

Eligibility & Purchase Terms – 2-Year Extended Warranty

This Extended Warranty is only valid when purchased in conjunction with a new trailer order from Tow Smart Trailers. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following binding terms:

1. Eligibility Requirement:
   The warranty must be purchased at the same time and included in the same transaction as the original trailer purchase.

   • It cannot be added after the fact.

   • It cannot be applied to previously purchased trailers.

   • It is not valid for used, modified, or resold units.

2. Non-Transferable:
   This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser listed on the trailer's sales order and invoice.

3. Standalone Purchases Prohibited:
   Any warranty orders placed without a qualifying new trailer purchase will be considered invalid and are subject to immediate cancellation and refund at our discretion.

4. Binding Policy:
   By purchasing this warranty, you confirm that all conditions of eligibility have been met. Tow Smart Trailers reserves the right to deny warranty claims that originate from purchases that violate any part of this policy.
